- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs. Place at the bottom of a slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, chicken broth, garlic, olive oil, and herbs. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and flavorful.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or basil before serving.
Notes
- Use chicken thighs for juicier results; adjust cooking time accordingly.
- Can be made dairy-free by omitting any butter or dairy ingredients.
- Leftovers keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
