Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the cheese sauce, mixing well.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
