- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- Unroll crescent dough and layer slices, pressing seams together to create a large sheet.
- Spread melted butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle garlic and chopped parsley.
- Spread cooked beef evenly over the dough, followed by shredded cheeses.
- Roll up tightly like a jelly roll, then cut into 1-inch slices.
- Arrange slices on the prepared baking dish. Brush tops with additional melted butter if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
