Instructions

- Fold edges to create a thumbprint shape, pinching to seal.
- Brush with beaten egg for a glossy finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then top each with a small dollop of hot pepper jelly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
