- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Chopped peanuts for garnish
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, peanut butter, and vanilla.
- Pour batter over crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 60 minutes. Cool completely.
- Combine heavy cream and melted chocolate, stir until smooth, and pour over cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate until set.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts and additional drizzled chocolate before serving.
