  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, peanut butter, and vanilla.
  3. Pour batter over crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 60 minutes. Cool completely.
  4. Combine heavy cream and melted chocolate, stir until smooth, and pour over cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate until set.
  5. Garnish with chopped peanuts and additional drizzled chocolate before serving.
