- For Streusel Topping: 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- For Orange Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- In a separate large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
- Stir in orange juice, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
- Prepare streusel topping by combining flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over batter.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Mix powdered sugar with orange juice to make glaze. Drizzle over cooled bread before serving.

- Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
- Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
