- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the broth over medium heat. Add soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
- Gently add the potstickers to the broth and cook for 8-10 minutes until heated through and floating.
- Stir in sesame oil, then remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and cilantro.

- Ensure dumplings are fully cooked to achieve the desired crispy or soft texture.
- You can substitute chicken broth for vegetable broth for a vegetarian option.
