- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons milk or cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly from the long side to form a log.
- Cut into 1-inch slices and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, whisk powdered sugar and milk to make glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm cookies and serve.
Notes
- For softer cookies, let them cool slightly before glazing.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- You can add chopped nuts or raisins for extra flavor.
