Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned. Remove excess fat.
- Add diced onions and cook until translucent. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in diced tomatoes and beef broth. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then add orzo pasta. Reduce heat and simmer until the orzo is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
