- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with additional green onions before serving with chips.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños. You can also serve this dip cold by refrigerating after mixing.
