Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes
