- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic in bacon fat until translucent.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in gnocchi and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper. Top with crispy bacon and fresh parsley before serving.

- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free gnocchi.
