- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes each side. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to simmer, then add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta, sliced chicken, and sliced red peppers into the sauce, tossing gently to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more Cajun seasoning for extra heat.
- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
