- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, spinach mixture, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and rice if using.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked chicken with canned or rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve with a fresh side salad for a complete meal.
