- 2 lbs cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked rice (optional)

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix in sour cream, Parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot.
