- 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken to the skillet and warm through.
- Pour in ranch dressing and stir to combine.
- Add cooked pasta, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Top with crispy bacon and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- Use cooked, shredded chicken for convenience or leftover rotisserie chicken.
- Adjust ranch dressing to taste for more or less creaminess.
- For a crispy topping, add more bacon or sauté additional bacon until crisp.
