- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Pour sauce over chicken breasts. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
