Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and mix with sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix well.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold into wet ingredients.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
- Meanwhile, prepare the mousse: Heat heavy cream until just boiling. Pour over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth.
- Refrigerate until chilled and thickened. Spread mousse evenly over cooled brownie base.
- Warm remaining chocolate and heavy cream for ganache; pour over mousse layer. Chill until set.
- Garnish with fresh berries and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
