Instructions

  5. Meanwhile, prepare the mousse: Heat heavy cream until just boiling. Pour over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled and thickened. Spread mousse evenly over cooled brownie base.
  7. Warm remaining chocolate and heavy cream for ganache; pour over mousse layer. Chill until set.
  8. Garnish with fresh berries and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
