- 4 cups cooked corn kernels

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked corn, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
- Add shredded cheese, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and top with chopped green onions.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.

- For an extra kick, add diced jalapenos or hot sauce.
