- 1 pound cooked chicken shredded
- 1 (20 oz) package of refrigerated tortellini
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Place shredded chicken, chicken broth, and garlic in the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
- Add tortellini, heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Mix well.
- Cook on HIGH for another 30 minutes or until the tortellini is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or chicken sausage for variety.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Use fresh herbs for a more vibrant flavor.
