Instructions
- Place shredded chicken, corn, chopped onion, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper into the crockpot.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir in milk or heavy cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley and crispy bacon before serving.

- You can substitute cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
