- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 12 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken slices with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet. Toss to combine and coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the top. Toss again until evenly coated.
- Serve hot garnished with extra parsley and Parmesan if desired.
