Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear chicken until golden on both sides and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust garlic to taste for more or less flavor.
- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
