- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups orzo pasta
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Fresh basil, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned and cooked through, season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
- Fold in cooked orzo pasta, cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve topped with chopped basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, substitute with gluten-free pasta.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Garnish with extra basil or cheese as desired.
