- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Cook orzo in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and feta cheese. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Add cooked orzo to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine during cooking.
- You can substitute feta with goat cheese for a different tang.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
