Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Mix heavy cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
