- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 8 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta into the sauce; toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Use fresh Parmesan for the best taste.
