- 4 large potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef chunks and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for 10 minutes until potatoes start to soften.
- Reduce heat to medium, pour in heavy cream, and stir well.
- Simmer uncovered for another 10 minutes until potatoes are tender and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
