Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until translucent.
- Incorporate ground beef, cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper, stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream, reduce heat to low, simmer until potatoes are tender and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For extra flavor, add grated cheese or cooked bacon on top.
- You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
