- 1 lb (450g) ground beef or chopped beef
- 4 large potatoes, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned and cooked through, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Remove the beef and set aside. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and layer sliced potatoes.
- Cook potatoes until golden and crispy on the edges, about 10 minutes.
- Return cooked beef to the skillet, pour in heavy cream, and simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

- Use thinly sliced potatoes for faster cooking and crispiness.
- You can substitute ground beef with diced steak or chicken for variation.
