- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken skin-side down until golden, about 5 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, skin side up.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- Use bone-in, skin-on thighs for maximum flavor and juiciness.
- Adjust the creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream as preferred.
