- 1 pound Italian sausage, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add sliced Italian sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Return sausage to the pot, add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, cooking until the cheese melts and the soup thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
