Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish and layer sliced potatoes evenly.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add cream, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper. Warm until just heated.
- Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Use freshly roasted garlic for the best flavor. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
