- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 lb (450g) mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add seafood and cook until just done. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, cooked seafood, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour heavy cream over the stuffed shells and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute seafood varieties according to preference.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Serve with garlic bread or a side salad for a complete meal.
