- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken cubes and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Add tomato sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly to create a rich sauce. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving hot.

- Adjust spice level by adding cayenne pepper or chili flakes.
- Serve with rice, naan, or bread for a complete meal.
