- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Cooked rice or mashed potatoes (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken chunks and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
- Stir in paprika and cumin, cook for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of cayenne for extra spice.
- For a healthier option, use light cream or coconut milk.
- Garnish with additional herbs if desired.
