- Baguette slices for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in diced cherry tomatoes and chopped basil until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with extra basil if desired.
- Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices or refrigerate for later.
Notes
Use ripe cherry tomatoes for best flavor. For a vegan version, substitute cream cheese with dairy-free cream cheese and skip Parmesan or use dairy-free cheese alternatives. For added spice, include red pepper flakes.
