- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380F (193C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and add pepperoni slices on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Brush rolls with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Place rolls in the basket of the air fryer, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra marinara sauce if desired.

- You can customize fillings with vegetables or different meats.
- For extra flavor, brush with garlic butter before cooking.
