- 8 oz brie cheese wheel, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 fresh figs, sliced
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into a square large enough to wrap the brie.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry. Top with honey and fig slices.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing the edges tightly. Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with thyme sprigs if desired. Serve warm with additional honey and figs.
