Scale
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken strip first into flour, then into eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray to enhance crunchiness.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
Notes
- Use fresh chicken for best results.
- You can add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture for a spicy kick.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like honey mustard or barbecue sauce.
