- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Oil for frying
- For the sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Chopped scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk egg with salt and pepper. In separate dishes, place flour and cornstarch.
- Dip chicken strips first in flour, then in egg, then in cornstarch to coat evenly.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili, Sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.
- Toss fried chicken in the spicy glaze or serve sauce on the side.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

- Use fresh chicken for optimal crispiness.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
- Serve with steamed rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
