  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk egg with salt and pepper. In separate dishes, place flour and cornstarch.
  2. Dip chicken strips first in flour, then in egg, then in cornstarch to coat evenly.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili, Sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.
  5. Toss fried chicken in the spicy glaze or serve sauce on the side.
  6. Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
