Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Set up breading stations: place flour in a shallow dish, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of panko, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a third.
- Dredge chicken strips in flour, then dip into eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway for even crispiness.
