- 1 package store-bought crescent roll dough
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to make the filling.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of pecan filling at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point, forming a crescent shape.
- Arrange rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of bourbon to the pecan filling.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of caramel or honey.
