  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to make the filling.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of pecan filling at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point, forming a crescent shape.
  6. Arrange rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
