- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups peeled and diced tart apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Additional caramel for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in diced apples.
- Pour batter over crust and bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Spread caramel sauce evenly over the cooled cheesecake layer. Drizzle with additional caramel before serving. Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
