- 1 prepared brownie crust
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Extra caramel candies for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare the brownie crust in a springform pan.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Divide the batter, folding melted chocolate into one half.
- Pour chocolate mixture over brownie crust, then the plain cheese mixture on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into caramel sauce and spread over cooled cheesecake.
- Drizzle with additional caramel and top with caramel candies. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
