- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into ricotta mixture gently.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Pour filling into cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with additional chocolate chips and optional dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or a splash of orange liqueur to the filling.
