- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, blending after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Pour batter over crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the edges are set and the center slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top before baking.
- Chill thoroughly for the best texture and taste.
