Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, blending after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  6. Pour batter over crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the edges are set and the center slightly jiggly.
  8. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
