- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake crust for 8 minutes and let cool slightly.
- Spread caramel sauce evenly over the cooled crust, then sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth. Pour over the pecans.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
Notes
- You can substitute walnuts or almonds for pecans.
- For a thicker layer of caramel, add an extra few tablespoons.
