- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onions and garlic in the same skillet until translucent.
- Stir in tomato sauce, spices, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook for another 10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for 2-3 minutes until silky and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.

- Adjust spice levels according to taste.
- Use full-fat cream for a richer sauce.
