- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
- In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and flour. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
- Spread blueberry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of lemon zest to the blueberry mixture.
- Use fresh blueberries for the best taste and texture.
