Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, cold
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Remove and let cool.
  4. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. Gently fold blueberries into filling or layer them on top.
  6. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing.
