- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cold
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden. Remove and let cool.
- Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
- Gently fold blueberries into filling or layer them on top.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a teaspoon of lemon zest to the filling.
- Best enjoyed chilled for a creamier texture.
